These documents are counsel-ready product disclosures, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. A qualified lawyer must complete final legal review before AINA relies on them for a particular market, customer, or contract.

Open-source and third-party software
AINA includes third-party software and provider services under their respective licences and terms. The repository's THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md records the reviewed direct-package notices and the release requirement to include applicable transitive licence texts from the resolved lockfile.
AINA Code may display or modify repository content. AINA does not remove licence headers from files, and users must review generated code, model output, provider terms, and third-party obligations before redistribution.
