Refund Policy

A clear procedure for requesting a review of an AINA subscription charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@useaina.com from the email address associated with your AINA account. Include the charge date, amount, payment provider shown on the receipt, and a concise reason for the request. Never send a full card number, password, API key, or identity document.

  • Duplicate or clearly erroneous charge
  • Paid service that was materially unavailable
  • A cancellation that was confirmed before an unintended renewal
  • A right provided by applicable consumer law

Review and response

AINA aims to acknowledge support requests within three business days. We may ask for the provider transaction or invoice identifier shown on your receipt. Each request is reviewed against account usage, delivery evidence, prior refunds, provider records, and applicable law.

Credits and consumed service

Charges are generally not refundable merely because included credits were unused, a model response was subjective, or the user changed their mind after materially consuming the service. AINA can approve a full or partial refund where the circumstances justify it. Internal bonus, compensation, or Admin-granted credits are not money paid and have no cash value.

Cancellations are separate

Cancelling prevents future renewals. A scheduled cancellation normally preserves access until the current paid period ends; it does not automatically refund the current period. Manage cancellation from Settings → Billing through the customer portal, or email support@useaina.com from the account email.

Payment provider and timing

Approved refunds are submitted through the payment provider that processed the charge. The provider and your bank control how long funds take to appear. Creem, when used, acts as Merchant of Record and may also issue a refund where required to prevent disputes or meet its obligations.

Disputes and legal rights

Contact AINA first so the issue can be investigated. Nothing in this policy restricts a non-waivable consumer right or your ability to report an unauthorized payment to your payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may lead to account restriction.
