AI and Third-Party Provider Disclosure
These documents are counsel-ready product disclosures, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. A qualified lawyer must complete final legal review before AINA relies on them for a particular market, customer, or contract.
Effective 2026-08-04
Smart Select and manual choice
AINA processes the prompt, relevant conversation context, requested research, and any files or uploaded images needed for the task. OpenRouter is the default model gateway and sends the required input to the upstream provider for the selected model. Smart Select may choose that model using task type, capabilities, tools, context, health, cost, speed, quality, plan, remaining usage, privacy, and policy requirements.
Users can manually select any AINA-supported model available to their plan. The selected model and a customer-safe explanation are shown; raw routing scores, private reasoning, hidden prompts, and provider economics are not disclosed.
Providers and data handling
AINA is independent from OpenRouter and upstream model providers and does not imply a partnership. Providers receive the inputs required for the request and apply their own terms, safety systems, availability, and data practices. AINA does not guarantee zero retention or that no provider personnel can access data.
Limitations and generated work
Models can hallucinate, omit context, reproduce insecure or licensed material, or produce harmful, biased, outdated, or incorrect output. Review research sources, documents, spreadsheets, code, commands, tests, and other generated work before relying on or distributing it.
