Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use AINA to violate law, another person's rights, a provider's terms, or this policy. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, instructions, and how you use outputs.

AINA may not be used to create, request, facilitate, or distribute unlawful or seriously harmful content.

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, or sexual content involving minors
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, non-consensual intimate imagery, face-swaps, deepfakes, or impersonation intended to deceive
• Instructions that meaningfully facilitate violence, terrorism, trafficking, self-harm, or illegal weapons
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized access, spyware, or evasion of safety and security controls

Do not use AINA for scams, spam, deceptive impersonation, forged evidence, market manipulation, illegal financial activity, gambling, unlicensed regulated services, academic cheating services, or advice presented as a licensed professional when it is not.

Only upload content you are permitted to use. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless necessary and lawful. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights, or use AINA as a third-party content downloader that violates platform terms.

Do not scrape or resell unauthorized access, bypass plan or credit controls, probe for secrets or hidden prompts, overload the service, automate abusive traffic, interfere with another account, or use provider credentials outside AINA.

AINA may block a request, limit features, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report activity where necessary for safety, security, payment-provider rules, or law. Where appropriate, support@useaina.com can review a restriction or receive a report.
