Terms of Service

These documents are counsel-ready product disclosures, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. A qualified lawyer must complete final legal review before AINA relies on them for a particular market, customer, or contract.

Effective 2026-08-04

Operator and acceptance

AINA is operated by AINA Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, with Colorado Entity ID 20261877839 and principal office at 1500 N Grant St, Ste 45878, Denver, CO 80203, United States.

By creating an account, accepting a material update, or using AINA, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the AI and Third-Party Provider Disclosure.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

The service

AINA is a multi-model workspace for chat, web research, files, projects, memory, documents, spreadsheets, and other finished artifacts. AINA Code is an invited private beta and Teams is not open for self-service launch access.

AINA processes the prompt, relevant conversation context, requested research, and any files or uploaded images needed for the task. OpenRouter is the default model gateway and sends the required input to the upstream provider for the selected model. Smart Select may choose that model using task type, capabilities, tools, context, health, cost, speed, quality, plan, remaining usage, privacy, and policy requirements.

Plans, usage, and billing

Free, Plus, Power, and Max use the prices and entitlements shown on the Pricing page. Free has hard daily and monthly limits and cannot fall back to a paid model. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Checkout and the billing portal identify the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves paid access through the current period unless an immediate cancellation applies. Existing subscribers may remain on grandfathered provider prices until they voluntarily change plan.

  • Usage, context, files, research, runtime, repository size, concurrency, and priority are finite and server-enforced.
  • Refund requests follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
  • AINA does not store full payment-card numbers.

Files, research, Code, and responsibility

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant AINA the limited rights needed to store, transmit, and process it for the requested service. You must have authority to upload files, images, repository content, or other data.

AINA Code may process repository metadata, files, task instructions, diffs, tests, terminal output, and preview state in a configured local or cloud execution environment. Review proposed commands, diffs, generated code, licences, tests, and deployment consequences before approval.

AI limitations and availability

AI output and web sources can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, insecure, or unsuitable. Models, providers, capabilities, names, prices, and availability may change. AINA is independent and is not an official product of an upstream provider.

AINA may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security threats, payment failure, legal requirements, or material breach. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
