Operating entity
AINA is operated by AINA Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, with Colorado Entity ID 20261877839 and principal office at 1500 N Grant St, Ste 45878, Denver, CO 80203, United States.
Roles and instructions
Where AINA processes personal data for a business customer, the customer acts as controller and AINA acts as processor except for independent account, billing, security, legal, and service-integrity purposes. AINA processes data only on documented instructions embodied in the agreement and ordinary use of the service.
Confidentiality, security, and subprocessors
AINA restricts access to authorized personnel and services, uses server-side authorization and private storage controls, and requires subprocessors to process data for contracted service purposes. No certification or regulatory compliance is guaranteed unless stated in an executed agreement.
Requests, incidents, deletion, and transfers
AINA will provide reasonable assistance with data-subject requests, security incidents, export, return, and deletion, subject to the agreement, technical capability, and lawful retention. International transfer mechanisms, audit rights, liability, and jurisdiction-specific clauses require an executed DPA.
